Ingredients
Method
- Preheat your toaster oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a toaster oven baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease with cooking spray.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.
- Brush the top of each salmon fillet with olive oil, ensuring even coverage.
- Generously sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the top of each fillet, pressing gently to help it adhere. Add a light sprinkle of black pepper.
- Place 2-3 lemon slices on top of each fillet and tuck a few pieces of fresh dill around the salmon.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated toaster oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. Cooking time will vary based on the thickness of your fillets.
- Remove from the toaster oven and let rest for 2 minutes. Garnish with additional fresh dill and serve with extra lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
For best results, choose salmon fillets of uniform thickness so they cook evenly. If your toaster oven runs hot, check the salmon at 9 minutes to prevent overcooking. This dish pairs beautifully with roasted asparagus, a simple salad, or rice pilaf. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
